In this immersive, experiential workshop, participants will explore the waves and currents of the internal world through the lens of psychodramatic parts work to use with clients. Learn how to help clients to chart a course toward embracing imperfection—developing the skills to navigate the storms of self-criticism, perfectionism, and over-responsibility with curiosity, compassion, and care.
