Cancellation and Refund Policies
We recognize that unexpected changes can arise, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while upholding the integrity of our small-group experiential trainings. Because continuing education (CE) events require significant planning and limited enrollment, the following cancellation policy applies:
More than 30 days before the training start date:
Cancellations received more than 30 days prior are eligible for a full refund, minus a small administrative processing fee (if applicable).15–30 days prior to the training:
Cancellations received between 15 and 30 days prior are eligible for a 50% refund. Alternatively, you may request to apply the full amount as a credit toward a future training within 12 months.7–14 days prior to the training:
Cancellations during this window are non-refundable, but you may be eligible to apply your payment as a credit toward future training, pending facilitator approval.Less than 7 days before the training or no-show:
Cancellations made within 7 days or no-shows are non-refundable and not eligible for credit or CE hours.**For multi-day training events, retreats, or workshops, your full participation for the entirety of the event is expected unless illness or emergency prevents you from participating. You will not be refunded for hours missed during training once the training commences. CEUs will be awarded based on the hours completed.
CE Credit Eligibility
To receive continuing education (CE) credit, participants must be present for the full duration of the training and complete any required evaluations or learning assessments. Partial credit cannot be awarded. If you arrive late or leave early, we may be unable to issue CE hours in accordance with accrediting body requirements.
We are approved providers through the Florida 491 Board, CE Broker Tracking # 50-42324.
If you are a provider under a different state or board, you are responsible for your own CE reporting. If you are not licensed under the Florida 491 Board, we recommend reaching out to your licensing board prior to the training event to ensure that you will receive reciprocal CE credit.
