Wholehearted: From Knowing to Living is a 6-hour experiential psychodrama training for therapists that explores what happens when we move beyond insight and begin putting the principles of Brené Brown’s Wholehearted Living into action.
Together, we'll explore the space between who we know we want to be and how we actually show up when faced with vulnerability, uncertainty, expectations, comparison, conflict, and the pressure to perform.
Through psychodrama, sociometry, role theory, role reversal, doubling, and other action methods, participants will explore the protective roles that can keep us stuck in familiar patterns while identifying and practicing new roles that support greater authenticity, flexibility, connection, and self-compassion.
Building upon the principles explored in The Gifts of Being Enough, this workshop takes the next step: moving from awareness into action.
Previous attendance is not required. Whether you're returning to deepen the work or encountering these ideas for the first time, you'll have opportunities to experience the concepts personally while learning creative, experiential interventions you can adapt for your work with clients.
